Using nails to mount things on the wall is not always an option. Maybe you're in a rented office space or the walls aren't strong enough to withstand drilling, or maybe you're just looking for a quicker and easier way to do it.
So today we're going to show you how to hang a noticeboard on the wall without nails with a little help from FIX-PRO® Removable Mounting Tape.
How to Mount a Noticeboard on the Wall Without Nails
Step 1
Start by wiping the wall with a damp (but not wet) cloth to make sure it's clean and dry before you attach anything to it.
Step 2
Next, tape a roll of FIX-PRO® Removable Mounting Tape and cut it to size. How much you need depends on the size and weight of your noticeboard - as a guide, this tape can hold up to 0.85 pounds per square inch.
Step 3
Now to stick your double-sided mounting tape to the back of the noticeboard. We'd recommend putting one long strip along every edge.
Step 4
Next, remove the red plastic backing tape.
Step 5
Last but not least, press the noticeboard firmly against the wall to secure it in place.
Top tip: To make sure you hang it straight, we'd recommend using a spirit level to draw a line where the top edge of the frame should rest.
And there you have it - we told you it was easy to hang a noticeboard on the wall without drilling!
