How to make a classroom voice-o-meter
What you need
- Round push lights
- VELCRO® Brand Heavy Duty Coins x 4
- Black card
- White marker pen
- VELCRO® Brand Stick On Coins
What to do
Making this classroom voice-o-meter couldn't be easier!
Start setting up your display by sticking pieces of card that indicate different voice levels to the wall (ranging from silent to presenting) with VELCRO® Brand Stick On Coins.
Next, take four push lights and stick one next to each voice level with a VELCRO® Brand Heavy Duty Coin. (They're strong enough to hold the weight of a push light and can be simply peeled off the wall when you need to change the battery).
Now all that's left is to put your voice-o-meter to use! Let you class know how loud they're allowed to talk by switching on the light that corresponds to the appropriate voice level!
