Two small suggestions: when I made the order, I don’t think I saw an order confirmation page so I was not certain that the order had gone through. There was a confirming email but it took quite a few minutes to arrive.
Secondly, the outer box that it was posted in was huge, compared to the 1m of Velcro tape. That’s wasteful and made it impossible to fit through a letterbox.

No criticisum just an observation...had the Velcro been in an envelope instead of a box it could have been put through my letter-box, instead DPD had to come a second time.

The product is fine, but I wanted it delivered by Royal Mail and you sent it by DPD instead, which was infuriating. I really don't think I selected that at checkout, but if I did, it would be nice if you could make the interface clearer so I can be sure of corectly choosing Royal Mail next time.

I bought Velcro for my new duffle coat which is quite heavy. I've got Parkinson's and have had difficulty fastening the zip in a reasonable amount of time so I thought of Velcro to augment the zip's usefulness. My cousin is going to sew on the Velcro because I have difficulty even threading a needle never mind pushing one through the "hooks" part of the Velcro.So, problem solved !
